Your new role
I am looking for an experienced Head of Network Operations to take ownership of my client's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability as the business continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain network performance, resolving issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
- Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Plan and deliver network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and compliance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in network engineering or operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies and security principles.
- Skilled in incident management, change management, and vendor relationships.
- Previous experience managing a NOC team – the people management side of this role is crucial.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with FWA 5G / Fibre Networks / Core Network Technologies.
What You’ll Get in Return
The role comes with a salary of up to £90,000 + benefits. The position requires the successful applicant to work on-site for a minimum of 3 days per week.
