Responsibilities

  • Lead low‑level solution design, development, configuration, and unit testing
  • Build and integrate solutions across a range of enterprise platforms
  • Work closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, stakeholders and fellow engineers
  • Contribute to both front‑end and back‑end components, as well as integration layers
  • Deliver high‑quality output through solid testing, automation, and adherence to standards
  • Support deployments and post‑implementation checks within structured change processes
  • Keep up with new tech and help shape the team's engineering approach
  • Step in as deputy to the Technical Delivery Lead when needed

Key Experience

  • Solid experience as a Solution Engineer in complex enterprise environments
  • Hands‑on background with: Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics, REST, SOAP, and Web API integrations, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Databricks, Jitterbit, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML
  • Experience delivering engineering work within large IT change portfolios
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, automation, DevOps, pipelines, and engineering best practice
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Proactive approach, great attention to detail, and genuine interest in staying up to date with new technologies
