Duties

  • Policy & Framework Development – develop and enhance digital resilience policy documentation
  • Strategic Change Management – lead transformation initiatives and security improvements
  • Vendor & Partner Management – partner with Integrated Risk teams and Managed Security Service Providers
  • Incident Response & Crisis Management – coordinate the response to security incidents
  • Education & Awareness – design and deliver cyber training programmes
  • Risk Management & Reporting – oversee comprehensive cyber risk management processes
  • Vendor Security Management – manage the security elements of the vendor management framework

Experience

  • Experience working with MSSPs, security vendors and managed service providers
  • Experience in security incident response and crisis management
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Knowledge of vendor management & procurement security requirements
  • Data protection knowledge – GDPR, UK GDPR

Desirable, Not Essential

  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working model – remote and office based).
