What You'll Be Doing
- Transform Dynamics 365 CRM through smart configuration and customisation, ensuring it evolves with the business and remains a trusted source of truth.
- Build powerful, time-saving automations in Power Automate that cut out repetitive work and unlock new levels of efficiency.
- Develop and enhance solutions across the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, to expand system capability and user experience.
- Create and maintain integrations that keep data flowing seamlessly between Dynamics 365 and other core systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues, using proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis to strengthen long-term stability.
- Design and deliver bespoke web tools, dashboards, calculators, and reporting assets that push the platform beyond its out-of-the-box limits.
- Contribute to agile, sprint-based delivery cycles, helping shape and refine the team backlog.
What You Bring
