As a Cyber Intelligence Director at JPMorgan Chase within the EMEA Threat Intelligence team, you will identify and analyze external cyber threats to protect our firm's interests. You will collaborate with teams in North America and APAC, prioritising intelligence streams and allocating resources for maximum impact. Your role enables secure business initiatives and strengthens our threat detection and response capabilities. You will help shape policies and frameworks that drive our cybersecurity strategy. Job Responsibilities- Identifies and assesses complex global and industry-specific cyber threats
- Analyses cybersecurity intelligence and threat assessment data to inform risk management
- Partners with incident response teams to share findings and collaborate on investigations
- Develops and implements operational plans and strategic projects for threat detection and response
- Ensures alignment of threat intelligence initiatives with organisational strategies
- Influences and implements policies, processes, and frameworks for threat intelligence
- Supports brand protection, fraud prevention, and malware analysis
- Collaborates with global cyber intelligence teams to drive prioritisation of intelligence streams
- Allocates resources to maximise team impact
- Communicates complex cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leverages tools, including AI and LLM, to maximise efficiencies
- Expert level experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, incident response, and risk management.
- Significant knowledge and experience in advanced intelligence analysis techniques, security research, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to proactively identify and assess potential risks.
- Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk will be beneficial to your day to day work.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage tools, including AI and LLM tools, to maximise efficiencies.
- Familiarity with intelligence analysis tools and vendors is highly preferred.
