We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a highly operational, technology-driven environment delivering bespoke software solutions within a complex production setting. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and development teams, working with real-time data, integrated systems and fast-moving workflows to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse and document requirements
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions
- Collaborate with operational, project and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to map, analyse and improve business processes
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting change, transformation or system implementation projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
