Nigel Frank have been retained on a search for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the full revenue engine for a group that has quietly built something most businesses talk about but never actually deliver. Three brands. One integrated model spanning consulting, technology, data, and managed services. Not siloed. Actually connected.
This is a scale up mandate not a turnaround. The proposition is strong, the partnerships are live, and the delivery capability exists. What is missing is the commercial operating system and the leader to build and run it.
You would report to the CEO, sit on the executive leadership team, and own the number. All of it. Net new, renewals, expansion, recurring revenue. Sales, marketing, partners, and customer success all report into this role.
Day to day this means:
- Running weekly pipeline reviews with real hygiene and stage discipline
- Owning the forecast and variance reporting into the board
- Running QBRs across sales, marketing, partners, and customer revenue
- Building the commercial to delivery handover rhythm with the COO to protect margin and quality
- Leading deal desk governance including pricing strategy, qualification standards, and approval gates
This is not a figurehead role. It is operational.
The group works across commercial mid market and not for profit sectors with a genuine right to win in CRM modernisation, data architecture, and AI readiness.
This role will suit someone who has built and scaled a commercial function across multiple service lines, not just carried a bag. If you have only ever run a single sales team this is probably not the one.
Basic salary from circa £160k negotiable on experience. OTE £300k plus.
