About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a forward-thinking, technology-driven organisation delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance services across the business. Working as part of a dedicated AI Squad, you will play a key role in shaping, defining and delivering AI-powered products that streamline workflows and improve client outcomes. This is a hands-on role that blends product ownership, business analysis, service design and Agile delivery. Rather than simply supporting existing systems, you will be involved in end-to-end product development by identifying opportunities, refining requirements, guiding development teams and ensuring each AI solution delivers measurable value with accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across legal, operations, data, engineering and external vendors to define requirements and help drive the organisation's AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Lead discovery activities including workshops, interviews and workflow analysis
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps for AI-enabled solutions
- Support backlog management, prioritisation and sprint planning
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement
- Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within digital, tech or professional services
- Strong understanding of automation, workflow optimisation and process re-engineering
- Experience working within Agile teams
- Understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, NLPs and RAG pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
