As an Administrator with expertise in operations team, you will collaborate with our client's department. You will be responsible for Administration. Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Job Description

Client is looking to recruit an Administrator who will report to the manager. The successful post-holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to operations and management team.

Key Skills

  • Tasks may include managing enquiries, payroll, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing and payments
  • Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner to meet audit requirements
  • Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided
  • Responding to all clients, residential and other enquiries on the phone and via email in a professional manner with a high level of customer service.
  • Closing all enquiries within the service level agreement set to the business
  • Organise events, travel, accommodation etc.
  • Support the Office Manager with ad hoc or project-based administration

Skills & Experience

  • Good standard of education
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Able to work as an individual and as part of a team

Timings

Ability to travel to other sites for training or the Witham office

Part-time role, flexible to fit with school. 4 hours per day.
