Your new company is an established, international insurance broker renowned for its collaborative culture, flexible working, and strong focus on professional development. Your new role involves supporting brokers with the renewal process and new business opportunities. You will prepare formal quotes and produce MRC documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate and compliant. You will review policy wordings and make improvements where necessary, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to throughout the placement process.

Your role will include creating supporting documents, including spreadsheets for tracking complex placements, and checking that premiums and taxes are correct. You will liaise with the finance team to ensure that all premiums are received and paid appropriately. You will upload placements onto PPL and assist in developing tailored solutions for clients and producers. Additionally, you will manage your own allocated list of accounts and maintain all files and systems in line with company guidelines.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need experience in Directors & Officers and Cyber insurance, along with a strong understanding of the London, US, and international D&O and Cyber markets and their current developments. Proficiency in Word, Excel, broking systems, and PPL is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as is a solid understanding of the insurance regulatory environment. You must be able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills, and show a willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.

You will be offered a competitive salary of up to c£90,000 on an annual basis depending on experience, plus the opportunity of hybrid working. You will receive support from both directors, your colleagues, and management.
