Location(s): UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Guildford || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Gloucester || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Leeds || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : London Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer Location: : Due to the secure network required this role will be based on-site at either our Yeovil, London Gloucester Leeds or Guildford sites, travel to other locations will also be required when necessary . What you’ll be doing You will maintain and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and availability of networks and systems. Responsibilities include supporting users, resolving incidents, managing hardware and software, and providing technical input for infrastructure changes. You’ll work with platforms such as Linux, Windows, VMware, and Citrix. Your skills and experiences Proven experience in infrastructure support, with expertise in Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, VMware, and networking. RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, or CCNA preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Education / Experience At least two of (or equivalent) RHCSA / RHCE (preferred) MCSA / MCSE (preferred). CCNA / CCDA.
