Location: Manchester (hybrid working available)
Sector: Clean & Waste Water
Rates: Senior Process Engineer: £350-£500 per day (outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities
- Produce process design deliverables in line with safety and quality requirements
- Develop efficient design solutions from scopes and site visits
- Prepare design risk assessments, reports and technical specifications
- Carry out mass balance, process sizing and hydraulic calculations
- Produce process flow diagrams, control philosophies and commissioning strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant water company, technical and professional standards
- Attend and contribute to HAZOP, ALM, KM and similar reviews
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in process design within the regulated UK water industry
- Background at Graduate, HND, or Technician level with significant relevant experience
- Experience and understanding of wastewater unit processes and treatment plant, with experience of delivering process design or wastewater projects
