Join a leading player in the power sector, delivering high-voltage projects across the UK. We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead from the front, managing a skilled team and driving the successful commissioning and handover of complex electrical systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Test & Commissioning Engineers
- Own the commissioning process from pre-checks to full handover
- Oversee FAT, SAT and customer witness testing
- Ensure QA, safety and documentation is rock solid
- Work closely with Project Managers to deliver on time, in spec, and within budget
What You’ll Bring
- HND or equivalent in Engineering
- 10+ years in the Power industry
- Strong knowledge of MVAC/LVAC systems up to 400kV
- Experience with Protection Panels, Transformers, and advanced schemes (Distance, Differential, etc.)
- Hands-on with ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and GE relay config and testing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- UK driving licence
