We’re looking for a full-stack Java Software Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering high-impact solutions for UK Government and Law Enforcement sectors. You’ll work in agile, multi-disciplinary teams solving complex problems with cutting‑edge technologies, while contributing to software solutions you can be proud of.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions in Java, React, PostGres, Kafka, ElasticSearch, AWS, Ansible, REST, Docker, API Gateways, JavaScript, Mongo, and SQL.
- Work hands‑on across the full stack while ensuring delivery pipelines, NFRs, and industry best practices are met.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams in an agile environment, shaping technical solutions and mentoring peers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a full-stack Java developer, with hands‑on knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and enterprise software development pipelines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality software.
- Live & transferrable SC clearance essential (Home Office SC preferred).
