I am currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting systems integrator who works across all sorts of industrial automation projects - including battery energy storage systems, water, and baggage handling. This role is based in the office, located between Nottingham and Derby.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and delivering PLC and SCADA solutions from concept through to site handover
  • Taking ownership across the full project lifecycle, including design, FAT/SAT and commissioning
  • Developing and supporting industrial communications (PROFIBUS, PROFINET)
  • Creating technical documentation and assisting with customer training
  • Mostly office-based engineering, with occasional site work for commissioning

Experience They Value:

  • Strong PLC programming background
  • SCADA/HMI development experience
  • Practical knowledge of control panels, electrical design and systems integration
  • Confidence in commissioning and fault-finding on live sites
