An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support a major international energy project during bid and execution planning phases. This is a key role supporting EPCI bid activity and early EPC planning for a large-scale, complex engineering development. The position will be based in Leatherhead, with potential international travel including site and engineering office visits in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EPCI bid support for a major overseas project
  • Contribute to the Project Execution Strategy
  • Support development of ITB documentation and supporting bid packages
  • Participate in bid evaluations and technical clarifications
  • Develop the Construction Execution Plan for the EPC phase
  • Provide input into project schedule development
  • Conduct international site and yard visits
  • Review site plans for execution phases
  • Participate in constructability workshops, risk reviews, and lessons learned sessions
  • Provide construction input across multiple engineering disciplines
Essential Experience
  • Minimum 20+ years' experience in Construction Management
  • Strong background in EPC and FEED environments within major energy projects
  • Experience supporting international, large-scale engineering developments
  • Able to work full-time office-based in Leatherhead, with international travel as required
