Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organization as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in RAF Marham – 4 days a week onsite. Would you like to join a global aerospace and defence organization? Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Maintenance Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in RAF Marham on a 12‐month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same.

Rate: £31.34 per hour inside / Umbrella

The Role: Reporting to the F‐35 Aircraft Maintenance Manager, the post holder will undertake a range of maintenance activities on F‐35 aircraft or aircraft components.

Duties: The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the Approved Technical Information and relevant risk assessments.
  • Ensure all activities are appropriately documented and that all airworthiness records are maintained.

Knowledge & Skills: 2 years' experience of working within and the practical application of EASA/MRP Part 145. Experience of working on complex military aircraft programmes. Ideally fast‐jets knowledge but will accept other aircraft including helicopters.
