We are looking for an early-career Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting engineering projects. You will lead projects from start to finish, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
- Lead cross-functional teams and act as the main client contact.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and change control, developing strong commercial awareness.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies, managing quality documentation.
- Produce reports, chair project meetings, and escalate risks with solutions.
- Support junior staff, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- HNC/HND or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and variations.
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivery.
- Comfortable working in a growing SME, spotting ways to improve processes.
- Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
