Salary: Competitive | 37.5 hrs/week | Flexible 4- or 5-day week

We are looking for an early-career Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting engineering projects. You will lead projects from start to finish, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and act as the main client contact.
  • Own project budgets, forecasts, and change control, developing strong commercial awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies, managing quality documentation.
  • Produce reports, chair project meetings, and escalate risks with solutions.
  • Support junior staff, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • HNC/HND or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and variations.
  • Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a growing SME, spotting ways to improve processes.
  • Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
