A growing project consultancy with a real point of difference that sets them apart from their competitors is looking for a number of Quantity Surveyors (Senior, Principal and Lead). You will be based on one of their largest customer's site 4 days a week in the south of Staffordshire and will be working on complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide expert contractual and commercial advice across the lifecycle of projects whilst ensuring cost control and risk management.
- The role combines both hands-on QS delivery across pre and post contract stages alongside strong stakeholder management.
- Depending on your level and experience you may also undertake a mentoring or leadership role within the team.
You
To succeed in the role of Quantity Surveyor, you will need a strong commercial background with a proven track record of managing complex contractual environments, especially NEC forms. This experience will need to have been gained within infrastructure/major construction projects.
