A leading global hedge fund is hiring an AI Innovation Associate to join its team in London. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility seat at the centre of how the firm is putting AI to work across investment, operations, legal, and infrastructure functions. You will be driving adoption, partnering directly with the most progressive AI vendors in the market, working alongside senior stakeholders firmwide, identifying use cases that genuinely move the needle, and helping the business actually use the tools it is investing in.

The Role

  • Drive the rollout and adoption of AI tools across front, middle, and back‑office teams
  • Identify high‑value use cases delivering measurable productivity and business impact
  • Educate and support users; translating capability into real workflow change
  • Manage third‑party AI vendor relationships: new feature delivery, issue resolution, influencing product roadmaps
  • Partner with Risk, Investment Management, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security on AI governance and onboarding
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the firm globally
