The University of Southampton is recruiting a Student Hub Team Leader to manage the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality, student-centred service.
This full-time, permanent role runs 12:00 pm–8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, on campus and requires travel between Southampton and Winchester School of Art.
You will lead a busy team, foster excellent customer service across multiple channels, and use data to monitor performance, identify improvements and deliver an outstanding student experience.
