The University of Southampton is seeking a Student Hub Team Leader to support the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality, student-centred service across campus locations. This is a full-time, permanent role with a shift pattern of 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including travel between Southampton and Winchester School of Art.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and use data and feedback to monitor performance and drive service.
