Ambitious plans are afoot with an estates masterplan that will see £1bn of investment in enhancing and delivering a sustainable, inclusive estate over the next decade.

About The Role

Reporting to the Estates Director of PMO and Business Support, you will maintain, manage and help improve the document control processes for Estates and Facilities department. You will support the Quality and Information System Manager to standardise information management system and the work activities requiring procedural or systematic proficiency, and co-ordination with related activities and projects. The role includes understanding and influencing others to maintain and update procedures and processes and will gather and analyse information to assure the IMS system complies with ISO9001 standards.

About You

You will have great communication skills and a positive and inclusive approach. Your genuine enthusiasm for quality management systems and attention to detail and willingness to help and guide colleagues providing practical advice to document owners. You will have experience of SharePoint and Office365 systems.
