Join to apply for the Clinical Trials Assistant role at Cyber Security Academy Southampton. Based at the Highfield Campus, the University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS) is a regional service providing auditory implants for deaf children and adults, teaching and research.

About The Role

You will be working across several research projects, providing effective and efficient administrative support to the clinical trials and the wider research function within USAIS. You will assist in the co‑ordination and delivery of clinical research studies and, within the scope of competence, undertake a range of tasks as detailed in the study protocols with support of clinical professionals. You will have practical knowledge and experience in a relevant research or clinical trials discipline as well as experience of working in a health care setting or clinical trials environment. The expected hours of work for this full‑time role are 9 am – 5 pm.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge and experience in a relevant research or clinical trials discipline.
  • Experience of working in a health care setting or clinical trials environment.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • A satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance is required for this role.
