Role Overview

Cyber Insurance Frontier is seeking a Marketing Executive to run the marketing engine for the cyber insurance industry's year-round leadership community. This is an opportunity to join a founding team at the ground floor, owning day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, email, events, and content aimed at a senior audience of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and cyber security vendors. You'll help us shape how CIF shows up in the market - what we say, where we say it, and how we grow. This position reports directly to the founders and carries a clear path to marketing leadership as the business scales.

Why This Role Matters

Cyber insurance is a $20B+ market projected to triple by 2030. Cyber Insurance Frontier is building the community at its centre - through events, boardroom workshops, premium research, podcasts, and digital media. The product is live, the audience is senior, and the founding team brings 25+ years in insurance and 10+ years scaling B2B media businesses. This is your opportunity to build a marketing engine, with a direct line to the founders and the upside that comes with being the first marketing hire in a business designed for scale.

What you will do

  • Run day-to-day execution across our marketing channels - LinkedIn, email, and the CIF website
  • Produce and schedule content: speaker announcements, event campaigns, podcast promotion, newsletter sends, and microcontent from our research reports
  • Support marketing campaigns for our plenary events in London, New York, and Zurich - from announcement through to post-event follow-up
  • Help grow our newsletter and community - the right people, not just more people
  • Track performance across channels and report on what's working
  • Support sponsor and partner marketing deliverables
  • Help document and improve how we run marketing as we scale

What success looks like in the first 6 months

  • You are reliably running our marketing calendar with minimal oversight
  • Our LinkedIn and newsletter audiences are growing - in quality, not just volume
  • Event campaigns ship on time and drive registrations
  • You understand our audience well enough to spot what will land and what won't
  • The team trusts you to own what you're responsible for

Who this role is for

This role suits someone who:

  • Has 1-3 years' experience in marketing, content, or events - B2B preferred
  • Writes well and can match a brand voice - ours is direct, human, and allergic to corporate filler
  • Is comfortable with hands-on execution across multiple channels
  • Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in good work
  • Is curious about cyber, insurance, or B2B media - or willing to get curious fast
  • Wants to learn directly from founders and grow into a more senior role

Why join CIF

  • Direct exposure to how a B2B community and media business is built
  • A senior, engaged audience - your work gets seen by the people who run this industry
  • Real responsibility from day one, with clear progression as we grow
  • Events in London, New York, and Zurich
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses

How to apply

Send your CV, a short note on why you're a fit, and - ideally - examples of marketing work you've shipped.

CIF is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive, high-performing team.

Hiring Process

  • Intro call (fit and motivation).
  • Marketing case discussion (how would you build omnichannel marketing campaigns?).
  • Founder interview (vision, values, ambition).
  • Reference calls.
  • Offer.
