Duties & Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand market share.
- Set clear sales goals and monitor the team's performance, providing regular feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
