As a Lead Generation Representative, you will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential customers to support our business growth. You will conduct thorough research, reach out to prospects, and gather essential contact information to generate valuable leads for our sales team. Your role will be crucial in building a strong pipeline of opportunities and contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry networks.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts to engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media, presenting our products/services and generating interest.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the sales team's requirements for potential conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads, providing detailed insights and context to facilitate the sales process.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates and lead quality, to assess performance and refine strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and enhance outreach efforts.
- Continuously improve lead generation techniques and strategies through ongoing learning and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 - 6 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
- Strong research skills and experience with identifying and targeting potential leads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with lead qualification criteria and best practices.
