This is a hands‑on role for a technically strong individual who can support the delivery of OT Infrastructure and Cyber Security projects in complex industrial environments.

You will work closely with clients and project teams to install, configure and support critical infrastructure, contribute to secure network integration, and provide on‑site technical leadership within a fast‑paced delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure and support PCs, laptops, servers, and enterprise/industrial switch hardware.
  • Support OT and IC systems, including vendor network integration and on‑site troubleshooting.
  • Produce accurate technical documentation and diagrams, including functional and detailed designs, equipment configurations, test plans, procedures, integration documents, and commissioning documentation.
  • Work as the point of contact for your workstream on site, supporting delivery within a small dedicated technical team.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, helping shape appropriate technical solutions while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Liaise with design authority to resolve issues and implement solutions within agreed design constraints.
  • Deliver effectively within structured project environments and demanding timeframes across engineering, construction, network integration and cyber security projects.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Server 2022 and Windows 10.
  • Understanding of Linux operating systems.
  • Experience of Windows and Linux device hardening in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
  • Experience installing, configuring and supporting PC, laptop, server and enterprise/industrial switch hardware.
  • Understanding of enterprise/industrial network protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, VLANs, routing, switching).
  • Ability to produce accurate documentation and diagrams (functional and detailed designs, equipment configuration, test plans and procedures, integration documents, commissioning).
  • Experience of working within a delivery team within a structured delivery environment at fast pace.
  • Experience of being the Point of Contact for workstream, working on site, with small dedicated team (1 technical staff), supporting troubleshooting of vendor network integration.
  • Experience of working with senior clients, able to influence and steer to an appropriate solution.
  • Experience working within Engineering, Construction, Network Integration and Cyber Security Projects.
  • Ability to liaise with design authority regarding issues, solutions within appropriate design restrictions.
