As a Consulting Engineer at Sword, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact technical solutions across diverse environments. This is a hands-on position that blends deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, offering the opportunity to lead complex deployments, shape low-level designs, and provide expert consultancy to clients. You’ll be the go-to authority for troubleshooting and escalation, working on cutting-edge network and security technologies. Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design through to implementation, while maintaining clear and effective communication throughout
- Take full ownership of technical issues, ensuring thorough diagnosis and resolution
- Deliver project engineering services, including (but not limited to) low-level design, implementation, and consultancy
- Provide expert-level support to clients and serve as an internal escalation point for complex support incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security-related issues with precision and efficiency
- Mentor and support the development of other team members

- Cisco Routers (and associated protocols such as EIGRP, OSPG, BGP)

- Cisco Wireless, Cisco Firewalls (ASA, or Firepower)
