The Security Architect is a key consulting role, working with PA’s clients across the private and public sectors to define security architectures and solutions that match their business requirements and risks. This role allows you to combine your expertise in information security, solution architecture, and business advice to define secure solutions in challenging environments. You will have the opportunity to be genuinely creative in providing clients with innovative security approaches and solutions.

Flexible working: We are currently operating a discretionary hybrid working model designed to help you plan your work and life. We want our people to come into the office at least two days a week.

Qualifications:

• Defining the end-to-end security architecture and solution for a project or programme, creating Conceptual, Logical, and Implementation views of Architecture to align with business needs.
• Delivering leading-edge solutions in identity management, network and infrastructure protection, cloud security, security monitoring, network segregation, etc., to defend against advanced threats.
• Reviewing the current state of client’s security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements.
• Interpreting complex business and technical issues to create viable solutions.
• Working on projects with high strategic impact, setting a long-term strategy across the organization.
• Designing secure system architectures through the application of patterns and principles to meet user needs while managing business and security risks.
• Applying innovative security architecture solutions to problems and justifying and communicating design decisions.

To meet the demands of the Security Architect role, a solid foundation in information security, relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, IISP/CCP, TOGAF, SABSA), and a proven history of delivering security solutions for large-scale infrastructure or integration projects are essential.
