Cyb3r Operations is building a modern third‑party risk intelligence platform that gives organisations real‑time visibility into strains of risk and security challenges. Our solution ingests and enriches large volumes of external intelligence to help security, procurement, CFO and resilience teams understand exposure instantly.
We have:
- Closed our seed round and are entering the next stage of growth
- Expanding the platform, engineering team and customer footprint
- Preparing for Series A with a focus on platform maturity and deeper integrations
The Product Manager will own the product strategy for the Third‑Party Intelligence Platform end‑to‑end. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for shaping what we build, why we build it and how it delivers value.
You will:
- Define product strategy, vision and roadmap for the platform
- Translate customer needs into clear, validated product requirements
- Partner with the Director of Engineering to ensure fast, high‑quality delivery
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic direction and market positioning
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Engagement to ensure product–customer alignment
- Drive prioritisation, product discovery and cross‑functional execution

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and multi‑quarter roadmap for the third‑party intelligence platform
- Define and validate problem statements, product hypotheses and success metrics
- Translate complex intelligence, cyber and risk concepts into clear product requirements
- Align product strategy with CEO priorities, customer insights and market needs
Customer Discovery & Research
- Engage directly with CISOs, CFOs, procurement teams and analysts to uncover high‑value needs
- Conduct structured discovery interviews, workflow mapping and usability testing
- Partner with the Director of Client Engagement to turn customer feedback into actionable insights
- Develop product narratives and clearly communicate product value
Execution & Delivery
- Write clear PRDs, specifications and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Engineering to plan sprints, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure shipped features meet quality, security and performance expectations
- Lead product strategy across AI‑powered enrichment, risk scoring and intelligence summarisation
- Define requirements for ML‑driven detection, anomaly insights and predictive risk models
- Ensure product experience complements intelligence outputs rather than overwhelming users
- Partner with analysts to incorporate domain expertise into automated intelligence workflows
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work directly with the CEO on GTM strategy, positioning and customer value propositions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Intelligence and Client Engagement on platform priorities
- Support Sales & GTM teams with product knowledge, demos and roadmap context
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the business
Quality, Governance & Product Operations
- Define product OKRs, dashboards and success metrics
- Introduce structured processes for feedback handling, prioritisation and release planning
- Ensure alignment with enterprise expectations around reliability, auditability and usability
- Help build and codify the product culture as we scale
Technical Environment (Awareness Required)
You don’t need to code, but you must be comfortable working in a deeply technical environment. Core stack includes: Node.js, Typescript, Python, Postgres, Supabase, Redis, event‑driven microservices, LLM‑powered enrichment, n8n automation, AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3), Terraform, Next.js, enterprise security tools, CI/CD pipelines. Comfort discussing APIs, data models, enrichment logic, scoring frameworks and ML‑powered features is essential.

- Strong background in cyber security, threat intelligence, TPRM or adjacent risk domains
- Experience working with data‑heavy or ML‑powered products
- Proven success working closely with engineering teams in fast‑moving environments
- Comfortable in early‑stage, high‑ambiguity settings (Seed → Series A)
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex intelligence concepts
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers
Bonus: Experience with OSINT, vendor risk, cyber analytics, SIEM/SOAR or intelligence platforms.
