Cyan Sentinel Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Crewing Officer to support the Crewing Department in planning, movement and management of the workforce for offshore vessels.

The role requires strong maritime crewing experience and thorough knowledge of STCW, MLC and UK employment law.

You will coordinate UK and international crew changes, manage documentation, training, payroll support and budgeting while ensuring compliance and high standards across operations.
