Our international client has excellent panel relationships with clearing banks and secondary funders and has a really strong pipeline of REF work which is at present largely focused on the UK market. Accordingly, the team are looking for an additional real estate finance partner to make the most of this buoyant market and a long-term pipeline.
At the more junior levels, no following is required - there is plenty of work within the network. However, that is not to say you should not show a willingness to get involved in BD and have a few existing contacts in your network.
