Replacement/succession role with good flow of commercial property litigation work and talented associates to lead. Our client is a mid-market commercial firm, long established in the Home Counties and London, with a loyal real estate client base. Their head of real estate disputes has moved on to a management role so there is a vacancy for a partner to lead the existing team.
The team currently consists of a very good senior associate and junior solicitor, so they need an established partner to take the lead and run the team. The diet of work is predominantly commercial real estate disputes, local and national, and clients include high profile retailers.
Candidates should be existing partners for this role, as there is a good senior associate in situ. This role will be suitable for an existing partner with the gravitas to manage a small team and who can steer the practice.
This role sits within the wider dispute resolution team, reporting to a senior equity partner with a vibrant cross border practice, a preeminent reputation and a flexible approach to management. You'll also work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, a leading individual in their field with a loyal investor and retail client base.
