A close client of ours at Cyan Partners is looking for a senior-level legal professional to join their specialist energy and construction disputes team within a wider national and international practice.
The role focuses on complex, high-value contentious matters across construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, PFI/PPP and development projects.
The successful candidate would advise a broad client base, manage dispute resolution processes including adjudication and litigation, support larger multi-jurisdictional matters, maintain client relationships, contribute to business development, and help mentor junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate is a qualified E&W solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (circa 5PQE+) in contentious construction or engineering disputes who has strong drafting and analytical skills, commercial awareness, autonomy in managing complex matters, and adopts a collaborative approach.
