Our client is an exceptionally well-run leading UK law firm with excellent levels of profit, no debt and a collaborative and inclusive culture.
As part of its strategic growth plan the firm is expanding its banking practice in London.
The firm has an established banking department that acts for lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, general bank/corporate lending, acquisition finance, restructuring and refinancing, and asset finance.
The team also undertakes property and development finance work.
Lender clients include leading retail banks, challenger banks, international banks, private banks and non-bank lenders.
The role would suit a general bank lending or acquisition finance partner who has strong client relationships in at least one of the main UK retail banks.
Other client relationships are of course very welcome.
