Our boutique client has a strong track record across all aspects of disputes particularly in and around general commercial litigation, real estate, construction, and employment. The department is now turning its attention to growth in London after a very busy and productive year to date.

The group is growing further at partner level and is very keen to talk to talented disputes lawyers who wish to work in a collaborative environment. The affable HoD will consider either existing partners or talented senior associates. Client relationships are important.

Lawyers from bigger firms have done well here, where they can service clients at a lower cost base but be supported by talented lawyers and associates. Culturally, the firm has an incredibly collaborative approach, working in tight-knit teams where communication and togetherness are paramount.
