Overview

We have recently been instructed on a new partner‑level planning role within a national firm client. This role sits at the intersection of built environment, energy and infrastructure and is part of a team with a busy development client base.

Responsibilities

  • Apply broad planning expertise across TCPA, s.106, CPOs, highways and commercial development.
  • Lead large‑scale, long‑term infrastructure and energy projects on panels such as Water, Transport, Energy and Housing.
  • Collaborate with a significant real‑estate team and deliver work to a national network of clients.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial marketing and business‑building skills—even if nascent.
  • At senior levels, bring strong professional relationships to support business development.

Qualifications

Partner‑level experience in planning law is required. Candidates at any stage of their partnership career who are comfortable with the built environment, energy and infrastructure sectors are encouraged to apply.

Pay

This role is funded by Cyan Partners and the base pay range will be based on your skills and experience. Discuss details with your recruiter.
