Cyan Partners have partnered up exclusively with a rapidly expanding independent gas producer specialising in biomethane generation, upgrading, and grid injection across the UK. The time has now come for them to seek their first in-house Legal Counsel to establish and lead the legal function after expanding from 3 employees to 28 overall in just 18 months.
This is a rare opportunity to build the legal and commercial backbone of a pioneering biomethane business. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, report directly into the CEO, influence strategic decisions, manage a broad portfolio of legal responsibilities central to the company’s growth, and help shape the UK’s transition to low-carbon energy.
This is a pivotal role supporting the company through all stages of the project lifecycle: Project Development.
