Our Long-standing London client is looking to add an additional partner to their impressive and busy employment team. In brief;
- London based role, but the firm has a relaxed approach to hybrid working (c. 3 days in the office, ideally).
- An established partner, with a good network and some portable clients, likely Employers.
- Either contentious or non-contentious or a mix – the team cover the full spectrum of employment work.
- An interest in growing the London team and taking on management responsibilities.
- Happy to consider partners who want to join as EPs or FSPs. The team has good size and scale now and is a profitable part of the overall firm (similarly well run and profitable, with no debt or requirement for outside investment). Fee rates are reasonable for London and there is a good body of existing associates with the skills and enthusiasm to assist across all aspects of employment work.
