Our top 50 law firm client has a strong reputation across all areas of the infrastructure and energy market.

With increasing activity and some significant projects on the horizon the team are now looking for an additional planning partner with experience of promoting DCOs and/or working on significant regen projects.

With a well-established reputation in real estate, energy and infrastructure and some stellar clients and panel relationships the team are now looking to consolidate and grow market share — particularly in respect of significant UK projects work.

You will be joining a team which ranks highly in all the directories and, importantly, has the necessary infrastructure in place in terms of support departments for this type of work (environment, regulatory, property and others).

The team cover all geographies however, at present, the preference is to meet partners with a stronger focus on the domestic UK market.

The planning and broader real estate teams sit across sectors which are absolutely at the core of the firm’s offering and make an impressive contribution to overall firm revenues.

So, you will find a practice which not only has a well-deserved external profile but also plenty of internal support with a mandate for continued growth.

The partners would be happy to talk to either established partners and/or senior non-partner candidates with this skill set and feel this is a compelling opportunity with plenty of growth potential and the chance to take a significant role in growing the size and profile of this team.

It is important that you understand the sectors that generate the majority of this work, ideally have a profile or developing profile for this type of planning and DCO work and also an existing network of clients, referrers and contacts.

The firm is profitable and with growing turnover.

On the back of another solid year, the team wants to make additional investments at the partner level in order to further its market coverage.
