We\’re looking for an ambitious Telemarketing Team Manager to lead and develop a growing team of appointment setters who sit at the heart of a market-leading payments business. The Role

As Telemarketing Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a remote team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors
  • Drive performance against monthly targets, KPIs and quality measures
  • Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, well-qualified appointments for the field sales team
  • Monitor productivity, conversion and pipeline performance, taking action where required
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and team meetings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey

What We\’re Looking For

  • A motivated, target-driven sales leader with a passion for developing people
  • Proven experience managing remote telesales or telemarketing teams in a high-volume environment
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
  • Commercially astute with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline optimisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence
  • Experience within payments or financial services is an advantage, but not essential
  • High energy, resilience and a genuine commitment to team success
