The Role
As Telemarketing Team Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a remote team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors
- Drive performance against monthly targets, KPIs and quality measures
- Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, well-qualified appointments for the field sales team
- Monitor productivity, conversion and pipeline performance, taking action where required
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and team meetings
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey
What We\βre Looking For
- A motivated, target-driven sales leader with a passion for developing people
- Proven experience managing remote telesales or telemarketing teams in a high-volume environment
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Commercially astute with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline optimisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence
- Experience within payments or financial services is an advantage, but not essential
- High energy, resilience and a genuine commitment to team success
