The Role
As Telemarketing Team Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a remote team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors.
- Drive performance against monthly targets, KPIs and quality measures.
- Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, well-qualified appointments for the field sales team.
- Monitor productivity, conversion and pipeline performance, taking action where required.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and team meetings.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, target-driven sales leader with a passion for developing people.
- Proven experience managing remote telesales or telemarketing teams in a high-volume environment.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
