The Role

As Telemarketing Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a remote team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors.
  • Drive performance against monthly targets, KPIs and quality measures.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, well-qualified appointments for the field sales team.
  • Monitor productivity, conversion and pipeline performance, taking action where required.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and team meetings.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
