About the Role
We’re seeking a Director, Business Manager (Chief of Staff) to partner closely with the UK&I Managing Director in driving strategic execution, operational discipline, and leadership alignment across a fast-paced, complex business.
This is a pivotal leadership role, designed to bring structure, governance, and rhythm to the senior leadership team ensuring the organisation operates with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Managing Director, supporting strategic priorities, embedding effective operational cadence, and occasionally representing the MD in internal and external forums.
Key Focus Areas
- Strategy & Execution: Build on established strategic foundations, develop frameworks for execution, and ensure alignment across business units.
- Operational Rhythm & Governance: Design and manage business rhythms, track progress, document outcomes, and drive accountability across teams.
- Leadership & Communication: Coordinate senior leadership forums, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Culture & Transformation: Shape and embed a culture of clarity, performance, and continuous improvement, supporting the evolution of the business as it scales.
