We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team, responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable and supporting day-to-day accounting activities across the Group. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and assist with month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and Sales ledger processing
- Supplier payments and customer receipt allocation
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Managing expenses and answering supplier/customer queries
- Maintaining accurate data within finance and ERP systems
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts role
- Strong purchase and sales ledger experience
- Experience in a busy finance environment
- Good IT skills, including Excel
- Experience using a finance or ERP system
- Organised, accurate, and a strong team player
