Responsibilities
- Immediate start dependant on DBS checking
- Manage a small Finance Team of two
- Provide information for and liaise with budget holders
- Provide information for the Trust CFO and Management Accountant
- Contribute to payroll input and checking, liaise with payroll bureau, where appropriate
- Update and reconcile Fixed Asset Register
- Ensure all income due to the college is collected
- Ensure appropriate controls are exercised over procurement
- Record, monitor and report on capital spend
- Prepare working papers for the year-end and external audit
