As the new Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, delivering financial insight, managing budgets and forecasts, and helping drive improvements to financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with regional operations teams to influence financial performance
- Leading on budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Providing insight for strategic and operational decision-making
- Supporting financial transformation and systems development
- Ensuring robust controls, processes, and reporting are in place
- Occasional UK travel and overnight stays required
About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and presenting insight clearly
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A background in not for profit, care, housing or service-based sectors is an advantage
