As the new Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, delivering financial insight, managing budgets and forecasts, and helping drive improvements to financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with regional operations teams to influence financial performance
  • Leading on budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Providing insight for strategic and operational decision-making
  • Supporting financial transformation and systems development
  • Ensuring robust controls, processes, and reporting are in place
  • Occasional UK travel and overnight stays required

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
  • Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and presenting insight clearly
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A background in not for profit, care, housing or service-based sectors is an advantage
