As part of an ambitious two-year transformation programme, IOSH is seeking a commercially minded and change-oriented Head of Finance & Procurement to lead its finance and procurement functions through a period of strategic evolution and operational improvement. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced finance professional who thrives in environments of change and transformation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Governance, the successful candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, business partnering ability, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced finance leader with the following background:
