This is a key position within the organisation, providing strategic financial insight and support to senior stakeholders and operational leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with operational and senior leaders to support financial planning and decision-making
- Lead on budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting across assigned areas
- Provide clear, insightful management information and analysis to non-finance stakeholders
- Support the development and delivery of the organisation's financial strategy
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and governance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar role
- Strong ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
