Are you a dynamic and business-focused Executive Assistant looking to support a high-performing and highly intellectual leader? This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Executive Chairman and Founder of a leading technology organisation, ensuring the smooth running of his day-to-day activities in an efficient and productive way. The role will be hybrid based (2 days home, 3 in the office), working 27.5 hours a week, from approximately 10am - 3pm daily (including 30 min break).
About the Role of Executive Assistant - Part Time:
- Manage the Chairman’s affairs, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and producing agendas & minutes.
- Act as a key liaison, working closely with the Chairman’s academic PA and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries and investor events.
- Represent the Chairman in key meetings, helping to drive decision-making.
- Conduct research & analysis, producing reports as needed.
About You
We’re looking for an efficient, organised EA, with excellent communication skills, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational & analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Proven research skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Windows & Mac), and social media platforms.
- Financially/commercially astute, able to navigate a complex business landscape.
- Discretion and confidentiality – this role involves access to highly sensitive information.
Bonus: Knowledge of the technology industry would be an advantage.
